Mr. Keef has two decades of extensive law-enforcement experience covering police supervision, prominent leadership roles in Special Weapons and Tactics, tactical planning, risk management & liability assessment, Less-than-lethal Deployment Systems, hostage rescue, implementation of “Rules of Engagement”, as a Court Expert on use of force and as a Certified Instructor & Expert on the use of Non-lethal Chemical Agents. In 2003, Mr. Keef was recruited and on loan through 2004 to the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) to participate on a Federal Task Force targeting global narcotic trafficking organizations. Mr. Keef has participated in over 100 investigations of incidents with ties to criminal organizations throughout the world.
David Reynoso, COO / Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Reynoso has two decades of extensive law-enforcement experience covering the management and supervision of police personnel, the development of tactical policies, prominent leadership roles in Special Weapons and Tactics, tactical planning, risk management & liability assessment, Less-than-lethal Deployment Systems, hostage rescue, implementation of “Rules of Engagement”, and as a Court Qualified Expert in numerous subjects related to tactics and the deployment of police personnel during critical incidents. Mr. Reynoso has supervised a team of detectives targeting global narcotic trafficking organizations and has participated in over 100 investigations of incidents with ties to criminal organizations throughout the world. He is a veteran of the United States Marine Corp and has security force experience in overseas naval facilities.
Chris Kuberry, Operations
Mr. Kuberry has over 15 years of law enforcement experience, including street enforcement, complex criminal investigations, surveillance operations, Special Weapons and Tactics and planning. Mr. Kuberry is a POST certified instructor for Chemical Agents and Less Lethal Systems and has written policies concerning the deployment and use of Less Lethal Systems and Chemical Agents. Mr. Kuberry has worked as a criminal investigator and task force officer at local, state and federal levels for the last 10 years, targeting local, national and international drug trafficking and organized crime organizations through a variety of investigative techniques.
